Rotary Wheel Slotter / slotter machine

It applies vacuum absorption auxiliary system and back-kick paper auto feeding, with feeding ,line-pressing, border finishing, slotting, angle cutting being finished  in one time, greatly reducing labor strength and improving production efficiency.
·Slotting knife phase is electrically adjustable in plus/opposite phase using planetary gear mechanism, and can be adjusted in inching within 360°degrees,with adjusted data shown on a dial.
·The main motor applies electromagnetic speed regulation motor, and stepless speed regulation is available in the range of 0-150 pages/minute, easy for use.
·Carton height applies manual and mechanical synchronized adjustment(to four knives at the same time),with staff gauge available, easy for adjustment and having reliable locking.
·The transmission gear is lubricated by means of drenching circulatory mechanical oil lubrication, with low noise and long lifespan.
·Arihmometer is set, enabling an automatic production amount measure without manpower accounting.
·Punching device is optional according to user's necessity.
