General features
1: The vacuum suction paper feeding system is adopted to provide fast and accurate operation.
2: All gears are ground finely with hardened surface, and the forced lubrication is applied, which has improve the operation accuracy and service life.
3: The baffle and die cutting phase are controlled by the motor, which is fast and accurate.
4: The roller is made of the high-quality steel, and the inner quenched and tempered surface is ground and balanced to improve the operation stability; the die cutting primer is imported with simple installation, and the die cutting blade is smooth to prolong the service life.
5: The die cutting roller is controlled by the mechanical camshaft and moves axially,或which can prolong the service life of the rubber pad.
6: The automatic differential compenstation device has been adopted to ensure the uniform size of each batch of cartons.
7: The manual chain paper feeding system is available.
